The Translation and Interpreting Center DELCOM was established in 2001 to provide language consultancy services to Romanian and foreign companies, institutions and individuals.

Services offered by Delcom Group include translation, interpreting, notarization and language support for event organization. We can efficiently address all your language-related requirements.

Our translators and interpreters are there to help you cross the communication barrier in all circumstances that involve the use of foreign languages: correspondence, international contracts, conferences, web sites, exhibitions, etc.

All our employees and subcontractors are bound by confidentiality agreements signed before engaging in any work for Delcom Group.
They understand and respect the fact that every document sent to our company is subject to a confidentiality agreement and that they must preserve the confidential character of their entire activity.

Written translation

We perform translations from/into all usual and less usual foreign languages while preserving both the meaning and the format of the original text. We have specialized teams of translators and proofreaders for a variety of fields.

Translations are delivered on your preferred medium: by e-mail, or on CD, DVD, hard copy sent by fast courier or fax.

Delcom Group has expertise in translating documentations for national and international tenders, European projects, structural funds, manuals, technical documentations and instructions, feasibility studies, brochures, contracts, company documents, business correspondence, market studies, advertising materials and articles, reports, analyses, balances, web sites, software.

Notarized translations

Upon request, Delcom Group can ensure the translation and arrange for the notarization of legal or personal documents, such as company documents, contracts, powers of attorney, diplomas and transcripts, birth or marriage certificates.

Delcom Group works with notaries public who will notarize the documents translated by our translators, licensed by the Ministry of Justice.

Web site translations

You can promote your business by translating your company web site into various languages. You can choose the languages according to your business’ geographic areas of interest.
Our IT specialists will make sure that the translated pages follow the layout of the original site.

Simultaneous and consecutive interpreting

The success of a conference relies on the experience and professionalism of the interpreters; that is why Delcom Group works with the best professionals, with international experience in interpreting.
We provide interpreting services for various events: summits, congresses, conferences, seminars, business meetings, round tables, workshops, kick-off meetings, trainings, etc.

If your event budget is low, you can consider using consecutive interpretation, less costly as it does not require renting the same amount of equipment as simultaneous interpretation.

Equipment rental

The equipment we provide for congresses, seminars, conferences, symposiums, financial missions, training sessions, exhibitions, meetings etc., include: infrared equipment, interpreter booths, sound equipment (headphones, fixed and mobile microphones), video projectors, video and audio recordings, together with permanent technical support.

The transport of equipment inside Romania is FREE.
